1. Introduction
Welcome to aifusions (aifusions.tech). These Terms of Service outline the rules and guidelines for the use of our AI integration and custom tools to streamline operations.
2. Definitions
- Services: Customized AI integration, development, and support offerings provided by aifusions.
- Information Products: Digital courses, guides, templates, and related materials delivered electronically.
- Goods: Physical items, including hardware components and branded merchandise sold by aifusions.
3. Scope of Use
By accessing or using any part of aifusions.tech, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Do not use our offerings for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
4. Services
aifusions provides tailored Services such as system integration, workflow automation, and custom tool development. Details of deliverables, timelines, and milestones are described in separate agreements or order forms.
5. Information Products
Our Information Products grant you a non‐exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your internal business needs. Redistribution or sharing of digital materials is prohibited.
6. Goods
Goods sold through aifusions.tech are subject to availability. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Fees and Payment
Fees for Services, Information Products, and Goods are specified in invoices or order confirmations. All fees are due within the time frame indicated. Late payments may incur additional charges.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 Services
You may request a refund of service fees within 14 days of purchase if no significant work has commenced. Refund requests must be submitted via our contact form. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.
8.2 Information Products
Requests for refunds on Information Products must be made within 7 days of download or access. To qualify, you must demonstrate that you have not substantially consumed or downloaded the content. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days.
8.3 Goods
Goods may be refunded if the request is made before shipment. To initiate, contact us via our contact form. Once shipped, goods are not eligible for refund unless defective or damaged upon receipt. Defective items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Approved refunds will include the item price, excluding shipping costs, and will be processed within 30 days of approval.
9. Service Transfer
If you are unable to proceed with a booked Service, you may request to transfer the Service to another time or project. Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. Transfers are subject to availability and approval by aifusions.
10. No-Refund Services
Certain bespoke or on-site Services requiring extensive planning and resource allocation are designated as non-refundable. These include but are not limited to strategic workshops, on-site installations, and deeply customized integrations. We declare these Services non-refundable due to the commitment of specialized team members and advance procurement of necessary resources.
11. Limitation of Liability
aifusions shall not be liable for indirect or consequential impacts arising from the use or inability to use our offerings. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific Service, Information Product, or Good in question.
